Villalobos Publishes Book Chapter on Presidential Czars

José D. Villalobos, Ph.D., assistant professor of political science, and his co-author, Justin S. Vaughn, Ph.D.,  published a chapter in the book The Obama Presidency: A Preliminary Assessment on the debate over presidential czars. The book was released in July. In the chapter, they posit that the cost of czars, in political and organizational terms, has outweighed the benefits they have brought to the Obama Administration. Click here to learn more .
